Production Time

Since all of our products are custom-made, each order requires time to be handcrafted.

• Production Time: 3–4 weeks

Production begins after your order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received.

During busy seasons or holidays, production may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Time

After your order has been completed, it will be shipped to your delivery address.

United States

• Estimated Delivery Time: 8–12 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Processing

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, Petinpaw is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Severe weather

• Carrier disruptions

• Public holidays

• Other circumstances beyond our control
