Because every item is handcrafted, slight differences in color, size, yarn texture, facial expression, stitching, or overall appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

The final product is an artistic interpretation and cannot be an exact replica of a photograph.

3. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing:

• Accurate personalization details

• Clear reference photos

• A correct shipping address

• A valid email address for order updates

Petinpaw is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the customer.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full before production begins.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, or once production has started, orders cannot be canceled because materials and production time have already been committed to your personalized item.

7. Shipping

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Petinpaw is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
